Refund policy

Refund arrangements and rules do not apply to customised goods and services, nor to B2B services. If you feel you have completed an order for a CPSR in error, please contact us within one business day. We reserve the right to deduct an admin fee from any extraordinary refunds provided solely at our discretion.

Incorrect/faulty items.

If your delivery is seen to be damaged, please refuse delivery. We will not be able to process a refund for goods signed for as damaged.
If you have received either an incorrect or defective item, please email info@cosmeticsafetyassessment.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please include the order number and a photo of the affected item/s. We will then arrange with you, a return/replacement/refund as appropriate.

Incorrect item/s may be returned for a refund or replacement within 14 days provided that the goods remain in saleable condition, are unopened and in the original packaging with seals intact. We regret that we cannot refund any shipping in this case.
