Terms and conditions of sale
The following terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from cosmeticsafetyassessment.com. To register on the site and to place orders with us you must be aged 18 or over and a UK resident.
We are a business-to-business sales platform. All goods sold via this platform are individually customised to your requirements.
By ordering goods from us you are considered to have understood and accepted these terms. The supplier of CPSR services is Cosmetic Safety Solutions Limited (“we”, or “us”). Registered office: 14 Westlea Avenue, Bishop Auckland DL14 6HE, United Kingdom. Registered number 13922324 (England and Wales).  The supplier for physical goods is Bath and Body Base Ltd, Unit 2A Laurel Way Industrial Estate, Bishop Auckland DL14 7NF, United Kingdom. Prices
UK. The prices shown are exclusive of any value added tax or sales tax, until checkout, where the current vat rate will be added. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax or sales tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling. Any sales out of the UK are subject to VAT and/or import fees that are the responsibility of the purchaser. Our prices are wholesale and not direct to public; all sales are assumed to be in agreement under the Business-to-Business term.
Refunds
Refund arrangements and rules do not apply to customised goods and services, or B2B services. If you feel you have completed an order in error, please contact us within one business day. We reserve the right to deduct an admin fee from any extraordinary refunds.

Gift cards are not refundable if partially used. You have a right to cancel within 14 days provided that the full balance remains. If you have a question about gift cards please contact us before purchase.
Shipping
Goods ordered will be sent via email as secured files. Please ensure that the email address you use when ordering on our site or paying an invoice is actively monitored to avoid delays.
