We aim to dispatch your order the same day, if placed before 1.30pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of bank/public holidays. Transit time depends on the service chosen at checkout.
CPSR orders
Assessment documents are delivered electronically, to the email address used at checkout and payment. We aim to complete your order within a week. Please ensure that the email address that you use is actively monitored to avoid unnecessary delays. We may need to contact you for more information in order to fulfil your order. If this is the case we will do so using the email address that you used at the time of ordering or paying an invoice.
Shipping Costs
Are calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your goods*. We use Royal mail or Fedex and transit times shown for the service you select are in addition to the time taken to pack and dispatch your order.
*Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Man customers with orders over 30kg please note that you must select the shipping option named for your destination. It will be visible on a drop-down menu alongside other options that may not be applicable, please choose carefully. If you don’t select the correct region, we will need to invoice the difference, and this will delay dispatch of your order.
Due to shipping restrictions, all forms of Lye (KOH and NaOH) should be ordered separately please, and are excluded from any promotions or discount offers. Non UK mainland clients please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quote.
EU orders
These are accepted on the understanding that they are sent DAP. This means you as buyer are responsible for import duty/VAT at your location. By ordering you are deemed to have accepted that. Please ask before ordering if you are unsure about this.
For all customers, we reserve the right to use an alternative carrier should this be required for operational reasons or to ensure the timely arrival of your goods.
If your delivery is seen to be damaged, please refuse delivery. We will not be able to process a refund for goods signed for as damaged.

Part of our exclusive wash range, formulated in house and made in the UK, all of the R&D, lab testing & more that goes into formulating a product like this has been done for you. The result is a fabulous multi use product with a very high percentage of sulfate & silicone free naturally derived ingredients. Any ingredients not naturally derived are Soil Association/Cosmos approved. Each purchase (5 litres or 24 litres) will receive a CPSR for Body/Hair/Hand/Foot/Face plus Infant* use, enabling you to sell & register under your own brand just as you would with products you make yourself.
This version has Lavender & Chamomile essential oils incorporated so you can simply bottle and sell. Ideal for infant use, Lavender & Chamomile is present at just the right level to create an appealing aroma that will also work well for all types of liquid cleansing products from face rinse to shower wash for adults too. Available as an infant suitable unfragranced base and a version containing Geranium & Mandarin (not infant suitable) EOs. Custom CPSRs available from our sister site here.

There are SO many possibilities not least because the ingredients have been carefully chosen to result in a non drying wash, even in hard water areas.
Features
Completely Sulfate free, Vegan friendly, no quats or silicones, dense non drying lather, optimal PH of 5-5.4 (ideal PH for hair for example is 5-6).
Each wash is 94.96% natural/naturally derived (using soil association calculations) including water content.
A "PAO" (Period After Opening) symbol of 12 months can be used on your labels, as the product has passed extended stability testing.
