We aim to dispatch your order the same day, if placed before 1.30pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of bank/public holidays. Transit time depends on the service chosen at checkout.
CPSR orders
Assessment documents are delivered electronically, to the email address used at checkout and payment. We aim to complete your order within a week. Please ensure that the email address that you use is actively monitored to avoid unnecessary delays. We may need to contact you for more information in order to fulfil your order. If this is the case we will do so using the email address that you used at the time of ordering or paying an invoice.
Shipping Costs
Are calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your goods*. We use Royal mail or Fedex and transit times shown for the service you select are in addition to the time taken to pack and dispatch your order.
*Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Man customers with orders over 30kg please note that you must select the shipping option named for your destination. It will be visible on a drop-down menu alongside other options that may not be applicable, please choose carefully. If you don’t select the correct region, we will need to invoice the difference, and this will delay dispatch of your order.
Due to shipping restrictions, all forms of Lye (KOH and NaOH) should be ordered separately please, and are excluded from any promotions or discount offers. Non UK mainland clients please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quote.
EU orders
These are accepted on the understanding that they are sent DAP. This means you as buyer are responsible for import duty/VAT at your location. By ordering you are deemed to have accepted that. Please ask before ordering if you are unsure about this.
For all customers, we reserve the right to use an alternative carrier should this be required for operational reasons or to ensure the timely arrival of your goods.
If your delivery is seen to be damaged, please refuse delivery. We will not be able to process a refund for goods signed for as damaged.

With Mandarin and Geranium and a touch of Lavender essential oil for aroma balance, this vegan friendly product is 94.96% natural/naturally derived (using soil association calculations). Ingredients not naturally derived are Soil Association/Cosmos approved.
With each full sized purchase you also receive a CPSR for Body/Hair/Hand/Foot/Face/Bath use, enabling you to sell & register under your own brand just as you would with products you make yourself.
We also offer two infant suitable versions; Unfragranced & Lavender & Chamomile. Build a range using all three or focus on one. Custom CPSRs are available for the unfragranced base, with your own choice of fragrance or essential oil additions. Or choose from a range of ready to buy CPSRs here.

There are so many possibilities not least because the ingredients have been carefully chosen to result in a non drying wash, even in hard water areas.

Completely Sulfate free, Vegan friendly, no quats or silicones, dense non drying lather, optimal PH of 5-5.4 (ideal PH for hair for example is 5-6).
Each wash is 94.96% natural/naturally derived (using soil association calculations) including water content.
A "PAO" (Period After Opening) symbol of 12 months can be used on your labels, as the product has passed extended stability testing.
Ingredients : Aqua, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Lauryl Glucoside, Sodium Lauroyl Methyl Isethionate, Citric Acid, Coco-Glucoside, Glyceryl Oleate, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate, Citrus Reticulata (Mandarin) peel oil, Pelargonium Graveolens (Geranium) flower oil, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) oil, Glycerin, Aesculus Hippocastanum (Horse Chestnut) seed extract, Crataegus Monogyna (Hawthorn) fruit extract, Limonene, Citronellol, Linalool, Geraniol, Citral.
Due to the natural essential oil in this product you may see variances in the colour. This is perfectly normal, Mandarin varies from almost colourless to bright orange.
