Cinnamon leaf essential oil has a warm, spicy and slightly musky aroma, distinct from the sweeter scent of cinnamon bark oil. It is extracted from the leaves of the cinnamon tree, through steam distillation, and has a rich, earthy fragrance with hints of clove and pepper. The oil is often used in aromatherapy and cosmetic applications for its grounding and invigorating properties.
