Using a popular combination of essential oils with a reputation for providing natural relaxation and a calming aroma, this is represents exceptional value. Note that for infants under 3 months, no additional essential oils may be used however you can also market the unfragranced serum for 0 - 3 years. Buy our serum base and you receive a CPSR to sell it unfragranced immediately.
This CPSR uses the following essential oils in one variant
Lavender essential oil, Lavandula angustifolia oil 0.1%
Chamomile Essential oil, this can be Roman or German Chamomile 0.1%
You will be the Responsible Person (RP) as you are purchasing a cosmetic base product, adding to it and labelling with your own contact details. Therefore the finished cosmetic product will need to be registered with the UK Portal or the CPNP (EU clients), & a Product Information File (PIF) created for each version that you market.
