You will blend, package & market as a dry product to be mixed with a wetting agent immediately before use. Instructions must state that only food grade ingredients are permitted and that any leftover made up mask should be discarded immediately. Water, fruit and vegetable pulps (not citrus), dairy products like yoghurt, honey or floral waters are ideal. To ensure the overall pH of the final product is appropriate, vinegars should not be used. Your CPSR will be sent as a secured PDF file by email.
