Based on the same trusted formulation as our popular Antimicrobial Soap CPSR (free soap recipe here), this professionally assessed cold process soap recipe allows you to create a stunning range of natural exfoliating soaps with flexible ingredients and endless creative possibilities.
The CPSR includes multiple product exposures, allowing you to sell your soaps for use on the face, hands, feet and body. It also covers 7 variants, including popular essential oil blends and an unscented option.
Create luxurious handmade soaps using a wide selection of natural exfoliants, including apricot, cherry and olive stone powders, almond and walnut powder, plus coarse coconut, almond and walnut shell exfoliants. Adjust exfoliation levels to formulate everything from gentle everyday cleansing bars to more intensive exfoliating soaps.
Optional natural clay colourants are also included, giving you the flexibility to create beautifully coloured artisan soaps while expanding your product range. With a wide variety of ingredient combinations available under a single assessment, this CPSR is perfect for soap makers looking to create and sell unique, natural cold process soaps.
What's in the CPSR?
Single Essential oil variants - Lavender, Lemon, Rosemary, Peppermint, Grapefruit, Geranium/Rose Geranium + unfragranced
Base Ingredients - Olive oil, Coconut oil, Shea butter, Castor oil, NaOH. Water
Exfoliant Ingredients - Must be included between 1% and 2% flexible - Apricot Seed Powder, Cherry Seed Coarse, Olive stone coarse, Almond powder coarse, Walnut powder coarse, Coconut shell coarse, Almond shell coarse, Walnut shell coarse
Optional Clays - INCI: Illite / Kaolin / Montmorillonite / Moroccan Lava Clay / Bentonite + Activated Charcoal
Our clays have the above INCIs (you are not tied to one supplier however you must check the INCI matches the CPSR if sourcing elsewhere) - Serbian Blue, Brazilian Purple, Glacial Marine, Brazilian Yellow, Moroccan Nude and Red, White Kaolin, French Pink and Green
Flexible Activated Charcoal and Dead Sea Mud (dry) also included

The CPSR (Cosmetic Product Safety Report) you are buying, complies with UK and EU regulations. As a trusted safety assessment provider, you benefit from the ongoing support of an experienced, qualified and friendly team, as standard. Free guides and examples of compliant record keeping, including PIF/GMP, labelling, allergens and more, provided to all clients. You will be the RP (responsible person) for the products made under the CPSR and must register with the SCPN (UK) or CPNP (EU).
