We aim to dispatch your order the same day, if placed before 1.30pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of bank/public holidays. Transit time depends on the service chosen at checkout.
CPSR orders
Assessment documents are delivered electronically, to the email address used at checkout and payment. We aim to complete your order within a week. Please ensure that the email address that you use is actively monitored to avoid unnecessary delays. We may need to contact you for more information in order to fulfil your order. If this is the case we will do so using the email address that you used at the time of ordering or paying an invoice.
Shipping Costs
Are calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your goods*. We use Royal mail or Fedex and transit times shown for the service you select are in addition to the time taken to pack and dispatch your order.
*Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Man customers with orders over 30kg please note that you must select the shipping option named for your destination. It will be visible on a drop-down menu alongside other options that may not be applicable, please choose carefully. If you don’t select the correct region, we will need to invoice the difference, and this will delay dispatch of your order.
Due to shipping restrictions, all forms of Lye (KOH and NaOH) should be ordered separately please, and are excluded from any promotions or discount offers. Non UK mainland clients please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quote.
EU orders
These are accepted on the understanding that they are sent DAP. This means you as buyer are responsible for import duty/VAT at your location. By ordering you are deemed to have accepted that. Please ask before ordering if you are unsure about this.
For all customers, we reserve the right to use an alternative carrier should this be required for operational reasons or to ensure the timely arrival of your goods.
If your delivery is seen to be damaged, please refuse delivery. We will not be able to process a refund for goods signed for as damaged.

This cosmetic product safety report enables you to create two luxurious foot creams using either one of our unique serum bases. Choose from Chamomile & Calendula extracts or Hawthorn & Horse Chestnut extracts.
This CPSR has been created with carefully chosen complimentary essential oils, perfect to market as a pair, or individual deeply moisturising foot creams that are easily comparable with high end brands. The blends have been chosen to be gender neutral.

You will be the Responsible Person (RP) as you are purchasing a cosmetic base product, adding to it and labelling with your own contact details. Finished cosmetic products need to be registered with the UK Portal or the CPNP (EU clients), and a Product Information File (PIF) created for each version that you market. We provide free guides & templates to assist you with creating compliant labels, putting together a PIF, a Good Manufacturing Practice document (GMP).
The cosmetic base serums are exclusive to us, formulated in house after extensive product and ingredient research, and not sold elsewhere. They are vegan friendly, of the highest quality and absolutely comparable with high end cream based serums.
