CPSR Allotment soaps range with fresh veg & essential oils

This is a CPSR that will enable you to make, from scratch, a unique range of CP soaps that incorporate a selection of fresh vegetables & herbs. Tried and tested, these soaps each have their own character due to the addition of the different plant based ingredients, enhanced with carefully chosen essentials oils.  They each have a unique texture, appearance and aroma with excellent lather.

Use your own freshly grown ingredients* or buy herbs and vegetables to create 8 different soaps. Each variant has been specifically designed around the ingredients that it contains. The vegetables and herbs enhance the colour of the soaps beautifully.  Initially the colours are bright but over time they cure to a beautiful range of natural tones. The soaps shown were made 4 months prior to photographing. 

The base recipe oils and butters are the same as we use for our anti micro soap formulation with a reduced water content due to the the vegetable water content. As always our recipes and CPSRs are for those with some prior soap making experience.

Olive oil, Coconut oil (solid), Shea Butter, Castor oil, Water, Sodium Hydroxide/Lye

Variant 1 Red Cabbage, Orange, Rose Geranium & Ylang Ylang essential oils

Variant 2 Kale, Spirulina, Cedarwood & Eucalyptus essential oils

Variant 3 Sweet Potato, Turmeric Powder, Bergamot & Lime essential oils

Variant 4 Cucumber, Fresh Spearmint (Mentha Viridis/Spicata), Lemon & Peppermint essential oils

Variant 5 Carrot, Swede, Fresh Coriander Leaf, Grapefruit & Litsea Cubeba essential oils

Variant 6 Beetroot, Dry Thyme (Thymus Vulgaris Leaf), Orange, Juniper & Black Pepper essential oils

Variant 7 Butternut Squash, Paprika (sweet only), Orange essential oil

Variant 8 Base recipe no additions
