CPSR Facial serum Juniper & Black Pepper essential oils

Facial serum cosmetic product safety report, in your name, using either of our Vegan friendly luxury serum bases. Choose from Hawthorn & Horse Chestnut extracts or Chamomile & Calendula extracts, and easily create ready to sell luxurious, protective & hydrating Facial Moisturisers, enriched with Juniper & Black Pepper essential oils, creating a complex combination that has wide appeal. 

Each serum has a unique profile. Horse Chestnut and Hawthorn extracts are said to be the anti-ageing, anti-oxidant dream combo whilst Chamomile & Calendula extracts are packed with anti inflammatory, anti oxidant compounds. 

The two cosmetic bases that we sell were developed in house and are manufactured exclusively for us in the UK.  You will need to purchase the base product from us but you can source the essential oils from your preferred supplier/s. 

Under this CPSR you may add to the Serum base;

Juniper Essential oil, Juniperus communis 1.75%

Black Pepper Essential oil, Piper nigrum 0.25%

It's really as simple as buying your choice of Serum and this report to launch your own deeply luxurious facial serum, a great addition to your product range.  Of course you will need to bottle, label, create a PIF and register with the UK Cosmetics Portal alongside the usual legal requirements of a small business.  If you need any pointers with any of these responsibilities we are always on hand and happy to help.
