We aim to dispatch your order the same day, if placed before 1.30pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of bank/public holidays. Transit time depends on the service chosen at checkout.
CPSR orders
Assessment documents are delivered electronically, to the email address used at checkout and payment. We aim to complete your order within a week. Please ensure that the email address that you use is actively monitored to avoid unnecessary delays. We may need to contact you for more information in order to fulfil your order. If this is the case we will do so using the email address that you used at the time of ordering or paying an invoice.
Shipping Costs
Are calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your goods*. We use Royal mail or Fedex and transit times shown for the service you select are in addition to the time taken to pack and dispatch your order.
*Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Man customers with orders over 30kg please note that you must select the shipping option named for your destination. It will be visible on a drop-down menu alongside other options that may not be applicable, please choose carefully. If you don’t select the correct region, we will need to invoice the difference, and this will delay dispatch of your order.
Due to shipping restrictions, all forms of Lye (KOH and NaOH) should be ordered separately please, and are excluded from any promotions or discount offers. Non UK mainland clients please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quote.
EU orders
These are accepted on the understanding that they are sent DAP. This means you as buyer are responsible for import duty/VAT at your location. By ordering you are deemed to have accepted that. Please ask before ordering if you are unsure about this.
For all customers, we reserve the right to use an alternative carrier should this be required for operational reasons or to ensure the timely arrival of your goods.
If your delivery is seen to be damaged, please refuse delivery. We will not be able to process a refund for goods signed for as damaged.

Get the CPSR at 50% discount and the ingredients for 5 batches of base product using the exclusive recipe supplied. The quantity you make will depend on the finished product size but as a guide if you make 70g deodorants there's sufficient for around 32 products. As you will have the CPSR, you can top up your ingredient supplies and continue making and selling going forward. Full recipe and method included with the assessment report.
The CPSR in this kit is to be used only with Bath and Body Base ingredients, on an ongoing basis, a condition you must adhere to for the assessment to be valid. Top up by purchasing Bath and Body Base ingredients separately, or as a standalone ingredient kit with discount.
This superb formulation performs exceptionally well. It is a smooth solid, easy to apply, gliding on readily without flaking, crumbling or stickiness ( a common complaint with many natural deodorants). The method has been specifically devised to enable you to create the best version of this product possible. As a huge bonus, the CPSR also enables you to sell the product as a protective friction reducing moisturiser for small areas. For example, but not limited to, inner thighs; a "chub rub" balm if you like!

*Essential oils in the CPSR are not included but need to be purchased according to which variants you choose to make with the kit - Juniper Berry & Lemon, Cedarwood & Lavender, Peppermint & Lime, Tea Tree & Rosemary, Geranium & Lemon, Orange & Amyris, Patchouli & Lavender. The CPSR includes an unscented variant too.
