We aim to dispatch your order the same day, if placed before 1.30pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of bank/public holidays. Transit time depends on the service chosen at checkout.
CPSR orders
Assessment documents are delivered electronically, to the email address used at checkout and payment. We aim to complete your order within a week. Please ensure that the email address that you use is actively monitored to avoid unnecessary delays. We may need to contact you for more information in order to fulfil your order. If this is the case we will do so using the email address that you used at the time of ordering or paying an invoice.
Shipping Costs
Are calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your goods*. We use Royal mail or Fedex and transit times shown for the service you select are in addition to the time taken to pack and dispatch your order.
*Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Man customers with orders over 30kg please note that you must select the shipping option named for your destination. It will be visible on a drop-down menu alongside other options that may not be applicable, please choose carefully. If you don’t select the correct region, we will need to invoice the difference, and this will delay dispatch of your order.
Due to shipping restrictions, all forms of Lye (KOH and NaOH) should be ordered separately please, and are excluded from any promotions or discount offers. Non UK mainland clients please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quote.
EU orders
These are accepted on the understanding that they are sent DAP. This means you as buyer are responsible for import duty/VAT at your location. By ordering you are deemed to have accepted that. Please ask before ordering if you are unsure about this.
For all customers, we reserve the right to use an alternative carrier should this be required for operational reasons or to ensure the timely arrival of your goods.
If your delivery is seen to be damaged, please refuse delivery. We will not be able to process a refund for goods signed for as damaged.

You must have the CPSR if you want to sell the products made using the kit and the instructions/recipes are supplied when you purchase the Ready to Buy CPSR. However, this money saving bundle of natural ingredients can be used for any of your cosmetic creations.
Masks made with botanicals and clays, packaged in dry form, don't require lab based testing or preservatives, unlike wet masks. The natural ingredients in this kit each provide a different degree and type of exfoliation, a truly versatile and comprehensive range.

Kit Contents: 1kg each - Glacial Marine, Serbian Blue, Brazilian Yellow Clays and Dead Sea Mud Powder. 500g each - Moroccan Nude, White Kaolin, French Pink, Purple Clays. 500g each - Buttermilk Powder, Almond Stone Powder. 100g each - Charcoal, Turmeric, Hibiscus, Apricot Stone, Cherry Stone, Olive Stone, Walnut Shell, Peach Stone and Coconut Shell Granules. 25g Aloe Powder.
Nothing needs to be added to this kit if you are using it with the CPSR.
