We aim to dispatch your order the same day, if placed before 1.30pm Monday to Friday, with the exception of bank/public holidays. Transit time depends on the service chosen at checkout.
CPSR orders
Assessment documents are delivered electronically, to the email address used at checkout and payment. We aim to complete your order within a week. Please ensure that the email address that you use is actively monitored to avoid unnecessary delays. We may need to contact you for more information in order to fulfil your order. If this is the case we will do so using the email address that you used at the time of ordering or paying an invoice.
Shipping Costs
Are calculated at checkout, based on the weight of your goods*. We use Royal mail or Fedex and transit times shown for the service you select are in addition to the time taken to pack and dispatch your order.
*Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Man customers with orders over 30kg please note that you must select the shipping option named for your destination. It will be visible on a drop-down menu alongside other options that may not be applicable, please choose carefully. If you don’t select the correct region, we will need to invoice the difference, and this will delay dispatch of your order.
Due to shipping restrictions, all forms of Lye (KOH and NaOH) should be ordered separately please, and are excluded from any promotions or discount offers. Non UK mainland clients please contact us prior to ordering for a shipping quote.
EU orders
These are accepted on the understanding that they are sent DAP. This means you as buyer are responsible for import duty/VAT at your location. By ordering you are deemed to have accepted that. Please ask before ordering if you are unsure about this.
For all customers, we reserve the right to use an alternative carrier should this be required for operational reasons or to ensure the timely arrival of your goods.
If your delivery is seen to be damaged, please refuse delivery. We will not be able to process a refund for goods signed for as damaged.

Bundle of cosmetic ingredients to make 8 base batches of soaps. Included with the base ingredients are the botanicals and clays that feature as fixed parts of the full recipe CPSR. See below for more detail. If you want to sell the soaps made using this bundle, you do need to have the CPSR.

Tallow (Beef) 5kg, Coconut oil solid 2kg, Olive Pomace oil 500ml, Castor oil 500ml, Glacial Marine clay 100g, Spirulina 100g, Red Moroccan clay 100g, Hibiscus 100g, Nude Moroccan clay 100g, Aloe Powder 25g, Brazilian Yellow clay 100g, Green Tea Powder 100g
What else do I need?
You will need Lye, which can be bought here For all 8 batches around 1.2kg of Lye is required. Water is needed too, distilled is recommended.
Essential oils are not included, those that feature in the CPSR are;
Grapefruit, Bergamot FCF and Litsea
Geranium and Patchouli
Lavender and Bergamot FCF
Lemon, Black Pepper and Litsea
Orange and Patchouli
Peppermint and Eucalyptus
Orange, Cedarwood and Litsea
Mandarin, Black Pepper and Litsea

The recipe is included with the CPSR (available to buy separately) and also permits the use of Charcoal and decorative botanicals. Those are optional ingredients and not included in this kit.
