The cosmetic safety assessment enabling you to sell the finished products, is linked to using Bath and Body Base ingredients.  This kit contains sufficient to make around 53 x 30ml bottles of luxury facial oil base with a good proportion of ingredients remaining for future use. The CPSR in this kit is to be used with Bath and Body Base ingredients only, on an ongoing basis, a condition of the CPSR you must adhere to for the assessment to be valid.  You can top up by purchasing Bath and Body Base ingredients separately, or as a stand alone ingredient kit with discount.
